We allow our customers to try their saddle purchase for 7-days. If you decide you do not like your saddle you may return the saddle and receive full reimbursement minus shipping charges.
Note: ALL SADDLE PARTS, STIRRUPS, LEATHERS, AND FENDERS ARE TO BE RETURNED WITH THE SADDLE. ALL SADDLES ARE REQUIRED TO BE RETURNED AS THEY WERE SHIPPED AND NOT ALTERED OR DISASSEMBLED IN ANYWAY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FULL CREDIT.
